Even if she does not accept AA or Hispanics and didn't put it on the Ad, simply ghosting is unprofessional and doesn't give a good impression. She could have pretty much texted one last time stating that fact (the reasons are not our business) and leave it like that. Anyway, this hints YMMV even for external factors even if you get to it.
