Do you have reason to believe that in this specific instance the common number is legitimate? There are a lot of girls linked to that number. Most of those girls maintain ads regularly using a different (not common) number. If you know personally that the 312 number they are referring is legit, I believe you. It's also strange that no ads by that number have come up for a while.
