Posts: 332Strip clubs closed again after one day
Strip clubs were allowed to reopen on September 8th but according to the Brad's Brass Flamingo Facebook page the mayor just shut them down again.
If this keeps up, many of the strip clubs and also bars and nightclubs may end up closing permanently. There really is little reason for this other than misguided panic and hysteria. The average life expectancy in the USA Is 78 and the average Covid death is 78. Only 10% of deaths are people under 60. The typical 78 year old who dies from this isn't a typical healthy 78 year old with several more years to live but someone with multiple health problems. So the lockdowns are being done to keep elderly sick people alive another couple of months. The original rationale for the lockdowns, the possibility of hospitals being overwhelmed, turned out to be largely a false alarm. The lockdowns might be worth keeping elderly people alive another couple months if there were no costs involved but there are. The shutdowns create economic damage. The resulting economic contraction will cause future deaths of despair from people committing suicide or overdosing on drugs. Fewer people will be able to afford to get married, have children or buy houses in safe neighborhoods. Cancer deaths are already rising as the focus on Covid as the sole health risk has led to less diagnosis and treatment of other diseases. You may end up with more deaths caused by the lockdowns than Covid-19. There are also non-economic costs involved as many of the things people do for pleasure have been made unavailable over the last several months.

It was my understanding that clubs could open yesterday the 8th. I just read on another board that they've been ordered closed again after only one day.
Someone tell me this is not the case.

Posts: 72Thank you? This Mayor is a complete fucking moron! Did you miss the part where he stated "dance floors must remain closed"? He is a complete embarrassment to the city and the only reason he does not get national attention for his horrendous decision making and inability to lead is it's Indy and not NY or LA. Direct quote from the individual who is filled with abhorrence for the city and the people that 70% of you voted for. "I promise you that Dr. Caine and her team will go full 'Footloose' on your business if you're operating as a dance club.

Posts: 332Mayor allowing clubs to reopen
Mayor Hogsett has announced bars and clubs will be allowed to reopen with reduced seating capacity. Thank you, Mayor Hogsett. Brad's Brass Flamingo says on their Facebook page they will reopen on September 8th. It won't all be back to pre-COVID days but it's nice that there is some movement to return to normal life. When they closed the clubs in March I didn't think they would still be closed in September.
I've made the drive up to the Hip Hugger in Kokomo a couple times over the last month and now will be able to spend my time and money here in Indianapolis and save on driving time. I tried massage parlors as a substitute for strip clubs but it didn't work out. Asian women in their forties and fifties who can't speak English aren't an adequate replacement for younger prettier women in their twenties and thirties who you can talk to. You also have multiple women down at the strip club and can pick your type. Most guys have a type they like.

Also, Cali who was at Brads for a while was a straight up sex freak. Pretty sure you could get in in just in the private rooms, and she always explained how she could do it. I always remember her saying "you want to fuck my box don't ya". So naughty LOL.

Posts: 38My best lap dances of 2019/20
Good afternoon. Newbie poster long time reader and strip joint connoisseur. I imagine most of us can agree 2020 has sucked so I included the good old days of 2019. No particular order just as they jump in my head.
Blondie at Dancers just a really hot girl.
Ricky Heart at both Brads and Dancers, super cool girl comes off very genuine.
Phoenix at Brads. My type of look so simply gorgeous. Second time I tried she blew me off for a must be regular for like two hours. Did not understand the thought process.
Samantha at Brads. That's not here stage name. Not sure what it is but she has a rocking body and all those tats. Damn, really cool girl too.
Duchess, Rio. At one point she was the hottest stripper I had ever seen. Crazy blonde hair and smoking hot. Tough to get and keep her attention but worth the effort.
Another day girl at Rio, starts with M, told me she has been there for years but looks young. She was the make out queen. Was supposed to go back in March and see her for my first VIP.
Ones I cannot track down but always wanted to see, Devon I believe at PT's and Lizzie I believe formerly of Brads? Anyone have info on them? Once again thanks for the info and hope to contribute back!

Indianapolis clubs are now in their second lockdown. So, a year from now, which clubs will have survived? The clubs that survive will be the ones with the most assets. This includes tangible assets like a well maintained building, good location and cash reserves and intangible assets like a good reputation among customers and strippers. Management that treats their girls poorly will not be able to attract top level talent.
Ten years ago Indianapolis had 20 clubs. Over the years it lost Wild Cheri, Lenny's, Sassy Kats, Club Venus and Club Zeus. These were all old rundown clubs in bad neighborhoods. The other clubs in this category may also be gone a year from now. They may already be closed without me knowing it since they are so bad I never went to them again after a couple visits. This would include Kentucky Club, Cherri Palace, Patty's, Silk, Sunset Strip, Pure Passion and Paradise. A few of them may survive like Sunset Strip, Paradise and Pure Passion. Strip Clubs have become an integral part of black ghetto thug culture. This drives away middle class whites from strip clubs overall but may enable these clubs to survive as black clubs. They may still close down if there are a lot of shootings, prostitution, and drug dealing going on at them and the city forces them to close. Formerly decent strip clubs that lost their previous reputation may also go under. Harem House, Babes, and Classy Chassy all had the same owner. Unfortunately, he passed away and the clubs had bad management after that. They may have lost their customer base permanently and not even a new owner could come in and save them.
I think this will leave the following clubs in the long run: Brad's, Dancers, Club Rio, The Pony, PT's, and Red Garter. So, from 20 clubs 10 years go, we may end up with only 6.
