What do you do if she's truly OD, or dead?

I carry narcan with me in my emergency medical bag. I hope we would all do the right thing. Sort of like a hit and run. Would you stop if you were drunk? I would still hope so. When our fight or flight kicks in it's hard to control because all you think of is self preservation. In this hobby shit happens and we better be prepared for the worst. No matter what the decision and the outcome we will have to live with it. When we talk about people passing, I would like to think we are compassionate and cause no one harm.

This never crossed my mind til last week. Picked up a girl I have been with several times and she occasionally nods of a little, but nothing like this. While driving to a spot she was nodding some as asual. Got to the spot and she leaned over, took a couple sucks and went completely limp with my dick in her mouth and would NOT wake up. No small panic from me! I lifted her upright into her seat and buckled her in and she was just jelly. Had to put the seat back to keep her mostly in place. While I drove. I had no idea what to do. She was breathing but would she stay breathing? How the hell would I know? Dudes, a MILLION real bad scenarios went through my mind in a few minutes. The best scenario I could think of was get her to the nearby firehouse and hope they let me drive away without questions (though I imagine if she had died I would have had unwanted visitors). Best case I could think of would probably ruin my life. Can't tell you how relieved I was when she woke up and said, "sorry". No honey, don't be sorry, thank you for not dying on my dick, please be safe! Don't ever want to be in that scenario again, but it's as likely. To happen again someday as not. What do you do if she's truly OD, or dead?

The paramedics and police are not allowed to ask questions or anything if you call about an OD. And get and keep Narcan.

That Cheryl passed away in January of last year.

Sounds she got her life together before whatever illness did her in. She did indeed have a good soul.

This all sure caught my attention. The original Cheryl (that you mentioned) was extraordinaire. That woman loved her job. She kind of bounced around from stay place to stay place & didn't look very good most of the time. But man she was good at what she did. Went away to visit Uncle & never returned. She was really a good person if you ever got time to talk with her, but she was always ready to get to work.

I've met with Jasmine a couple times. Nice gal, decent head, fun to talk to after. Had me drop her off at somebody's house the second time. Asked me to wait, but I got sketched out and booked it after she went inside.

She has a warrant, probably has a rig and does fentanyl. You don't want to get busted or have her pass out in your car. No fun calling 911 for an OD.

Nope most are dead.

Sad sad story of drugs, murder and prostitution. Other of Jasmine's aunts and family were prostitutes and two were murdered (different times) one at 16 yrs the other at 25 yrs. One uncle, one aunt 40 yrs and a female cousin 19 yrs died from drug over doses. The cousin's mother was one of the aunts that was murdered. This is the fuckup life of many girls out there.

The one on the left is Alisha. She is Crystal's sister and Jasmine's aunt. They all like fentanyl and Xanax cocktails. The one on the left is Leaha. She told me seven months ago she had terminal cancer and would die by January. All have warrants or pending cases.

Leaha by the way went to school with Jasmine (small world).

Wednesday 1 pm. I actually like the gal in shorts look but. . . . Considering all the sores? Chigger bites? Track marks? On both her legs were quite the turn off, I did not approach her. The tall skinny one reminded me of Monet. She was walking with some guy so I didn't approach her either.
