For the first time in a couple years or more I saw a couple gals on east 10th. Not sure if either of them are SW but they looked like they could be. The one in the blue top was near Olney St. The one in pink was hanging out in front of doc's dugout liquor store. I did not approach either one. Might anyone know them?

The paramedics and police are not allowed to ask questions or anything if you call about an OD. And get and keep Narcan.

I witnessed an overdose. The person will start turning white. You will hear them gag / deep gasp for breath. Possibly their last breath. Narcan willl bring them back within like 20 seconds. Did in the case I witnessed. Incredible how quickly it reversed the opiate effects. Luckily this person was checking into rehab and the nurse knew what to do and did it and saved a life. Scariest thing I have witnessed.

East Washington across from Advance Auto. Know her from last summer. She never would agree to come over. Would have talked to her but she got picked up literally 5 seconds after I took the pic. Anyone have personal knowledge of her skills?

She's always out. I've heard from plenty of people that's she's a no-go because she's either always out of it or trying to scam. As far as skills go, meh.

Jasmine was in her usual spot on 11th a block or so east of Tibbs. Hadn't seen her out in a while. She looked better than the last few times I saw her out. Still didn't pick her up.

As far as best times or days there aren't any. These gal don't keep a regular schedule. For most of them their habit drives their availability. When trolling it's always hit or miss.

5 pm 11th & Tibbs. Saw the tall slender black gal I've reported on before. Looks decent enough but my one experience with her was so lousy I will not give her a second chance.

8:30 pm East Washington across from Advance Auto. Older petite blonde sitting on the step of that empty yellow building. Picked her up. Name's Jill. BIG boobs under a loose fitting black t shirt. Blue jeans shorts showing off some pretty decent legs for a 54 year old. Agreement for doing business was not reached unfortunately. Asked for a glimpse of the twins before she got out. Lifted her shirt quickly to show off a pair of huge girls encased in a full covering black bra. No telling what they'd look like out of the bra but they sure looked nice the way they were.

A few minutes later in front of the apartment building at Riley St. I saw the long haired red head I posted a pic of a while back in a jean jacket. This time her hair was pulled back and she was wearing a white top and pink & black stretch pants. I wanted to meet her but there were several people hanging out right there so I chose to wait. Went to the BP for a cold drink and when I got back there everyone was gone. Headed home.

9:30 pm 14th and Tibbs. Slender long dark haired brunette walking real fast headed south. Wearing an orange or pink top with matching headband and black pants. I thought it might be Breezy / Jody but wasn't sure. Traffic was heavy and she was moving so fast I just couldn't get a good look. Turned around and she had made it to 11th street and headed east from there. Lost track of her at that point.

I've stopped cruising for SW for a long time now, the talent just is going from the East Side.

I did however catch an long time SW called little Mama today and since I've know her from the past, I said what the hell.

She's put on a few extra lbs but she still loves to give a good BJ.

This was around 4:30 and she is back at it.

I carry narcan with me in my emergency medical bag. I hope we would all do the right thing. Sort of like a hit and run. Would you stop if you were drunk? I would still hope so. When our fight or flight kicks in it's hard to control because all you think of is self preservation. In this hobby shit happens and we better be prepared for the worst. No matter what the decision and the outcome we will have to live with it. When we talk about people passing, I would like to think we are compassionate and cause no one harm.

Medical professionals especially the experienced ones use Narcan as "titrate to effect" meaning they give just enough for the patient to breath. Civilian Narcan is a single dose given as a bolus or all at once. When the patient wakes up they might be combative. This is partly a reflex but you have also just ruined their high.
