Turned onto 11th from Tibbs and in the distance saw one with blonde hair and dressed all in bright orange (similar to the color of the guest clothing at MCJ). Not true. They have to really want to be clean to get clean if they really want to get clean you can help them. I've done it a few times there's a couple less good providers in Indianapolis because I've helped them get clean.
