You were caught with your pants down. I was specifically talking about being questioned while going to or leaving a room, not actually being caught in a sting. There is nothing illegal about being in a hotel room with someone of the opposite sex. If Uncle or the hotel feel you aren't cooperating by answering questions the hotel can issue a no trespass but, they can't arrest you without evidence of exchanging money for sex.

I have a friend who is very tied into the hobby and he told me that he has knowledge of over 20 providers arrested or detained for prostitution over the past years and only two of them gave Uncle info. One was long ago when two well known providers were having a cat fight and one was arrested and told Uncle about the other one. None of these providers ever gave up clients. So I disagree with the statement that "most hobbyists (and providers) flip". I think it happens more on the hobbyist side than the provider side. The 8 caught on the southside was mainly because a trusted hobbyist flipped, as you well know. It's too bad that if a hobbyist is caught he can't just shut up and take his class A misdemeanor. I don't think it is paranoia or assumptions set in, this thread is made to inform people of what is going on around Indy. I am sure DI appreciates what may be happening to even protect the girls and clients with a little more caution. I would rather know what may be possibly happening then be left I the dark. Did you read the agencies news posting, "Discretion Discretion Discretion" on their website, the link was provided in my previous post? Did your original post not make many hobbyists question the safety of all hotels, not just ones in a certain county, as well as the safety of apartments? Has there not been a lot of assumptions made especially regarding apartments, cameras in hotel hallways and LE patrolling parking lots? Again this is paranoia and hobbyist's making assumptions.

Logic indicates checking for repeats by patrolling parking lots is not the reason. There are 19 hotels in the local vicinity in question and it would take a lot of Uncles resources to patrol each hotel parking lot for every HHR or HR appointment just looking for repeat tags of "potential hooker clients". The more likely scenario is looking for outstanding warrants. I do know that one well known provider a few years ago and a couple of EB providers were arrested because Uncle patrols the parking lots running the tags specifically looking for a vehicle registered to someone with an outstanding warrant. In all these cases drugs were the motivating factor.

Most hallways have cameras in them, so just keep an eye on any single guy that walks in the front door to see which room he goes to.

Actually most of the higher end hotels in the area don't have cameras in the hallways. Many don't even have cameras at entrances or parking lots. I have a friend who actually has had incidences at three of these hotels and the police were involved and the hotels had NO cameras thus no security footage to help with the investigation (s). Also think of the resources it would take for each hotel to have someone sitting behind a monitor checking each floor and hallway 24/7 just looking for a specific room having a lot of visitors where maybe a hooker is working.

So once again I say there is a lot of paranoia and assumptions being made about all of this because one hooker couldn't be discreet about her profession where she was staying. Once again if you are a customer of the agency you might want to contact your favorite lady and ask them.

Speaking on this topic, be very wary of providers that ask you to "verify" yourself. A lot of these girls are felons and drug addicts as most of us know. Some of these girls keep records of text messages and the images that you send them. In a lot of cases, when you make contact, you're actually texting a pimp, "handler", boyfriend, "brother", or whoever ever. They will give any information they have to the police without a second thought.

No they call a lawyer and ask them the questions they want answers too. All these assumptions are causing paranoia. One of the reasons some hobbyist don't like this particular agency is because they are discreet and the screening process for newbies is sometimes personal. This is to protect both current / new clients and ladies. So if you have questions why don't you call or text your favorite lady and ask them, instead of making assumptions and posting it on this forum which only adds to paranoia.

The few that actually caught some hobbyist's from this board were because some hobbyist flipped when questioned after a session or during an appointment set up by LE and they got scared and didn't use common sense. When the clients flipped then other hobbyist's went down. So remember one thing. Unless you are caught in the act of exchanging money for sex by uncle then everything else is legal. Uncle will promise the world to you to get you to talk but, only a prosecutor can "make a deal, in writing" not the officer questioning you. The only words to come out of your mouth when stopped for suspicious activities should be. "Am I under arrest, if not I will be leaving now, if I am then I have nothing to say until I speak with my attorney". Once again they have nothing unless they catch you in the act of exchanging money for sex!

I will agree with you, DI is a reputable agency and the take the safety of girls and clients with the upmost respect. But I do also know they use the same hotels, they may move around but they are the same hotels that they move to. The source I talked to said the employees noticed the same girls staying and I lot of male traffic. He said they are staring to work with to hotels, now what that means I don't know. He works for a police department and he was talking about a new investigation. I only meet him once at a bbq so I don't know anything more about what is happening. He did say they were going to patrol the parking lots, again what that means I don't know. Just be safe.

Most hallways have cameras in them, so just keep an eye on any single guy that walks in the front door to see which room he goes to. If every single guy walking in the door goes to that room, bam! Now where they would go with that information, who knows. In years past, they have been known to harass ladies through the door by getting their names from the hotel staff and looking for past or current dirt on them. They used to print out pictures from backpage and go around to the hotels, especially in the Castleton area, with all the pics, asking staff to call if the girl ever showed up. Once they get the real name of the provider from the check in information, they could find their social media, and do the same thing with pics they found I suppose. At the end of the day, they're pretty resourceful, which is good. They need to spend more time trying to catch consenting adults engaging in consensual acts, rather than trying to work on bringing down the ever increasing murder rate in the city.
