Apparently, this is pretty much the norm for her. Based on the reviews, I tried a number of times to reach her, but she never responds. Recently, she finally did and pulled the same thing. Got me all the way to the hotel and then crickets. I waited around for a good half hour since I had already made the trip. I texted a few more times and still nothing. Never heard from her again. No apology, no attempt to reschedule (not sure that I would have) or anything. I've been doing this for almost 10 years now, and never waited when I got stood up. I usually give them 5 minutes and if I don't hear back, I leave. I don't care how good the reviews are, there's no excuse for this. I guess all I can say it's a pretty fickle market out there, and when someone else comes along who is halfway decent that actually answers her phone and keeps her appointments, Jazz won't have to worry about blowing people off, because they will go elsewhere. This is an environment where a little consideration of other's time goes a long way. She seems to have none.

I've seen several good reviews of here here as well. I've tried to contact her multiple times and she never replies. As a practice I never see anyone who is staying at any of the West Coliseum dives unless I've seen them before and they're safe.
