So last time I was posting here I thought I was possibly running into LEO through some ads being shared on here. I haven't seen her posting any more, but I've also had some weird luck I wanted to share.

What I feared and expressed on my report about her happened. Ft. Wayne wasnt good with her so she left looking for greener pastures. I asked her to please come back to visit us, she said her luck around here was so bad and that so many guys wasted her time that she really couldn't make any promises but that she would consider it in the future. A shame really. This city keeps finding a way to disappoint me. We have a lot of guys over-donating for SW quality girls and making them believe they are "it" and as a consequence rising the donations while extremely lowering the quality and on the other hand they scare the good ones away. Weird. The day that we gentlemen realize that we have the power to set a bar by not over-donating and accepting girls with horrible attitudes and service and instead reward the good ones, that day we will change the hobby to our benefit. Sadly I don't see it happening anytime soon. The longer I stay in this, the more I see the game its getting ruined. I miss the good ol days.

I think the Rook's words are right on. One of the mods here backed that up pointing out when we collectively reward bad or indifferent behavior, bad attitudes, and poor performance, we make a bad situation worse. I can think of 2 or 3 here that now think they can do no wrong because of a few reviews and because the choices are so poor right now. I'm all for properly taking care of those that take care of me, but I'll be damned if I'm going to be a part of letting someone with a list of demands and an attitude think that they will get a repeat visit out of me. The best way to improve our lot around here is through sharing good intel and showing that fair market value is relative when it is justified, and not just a given for showing up. Without getting on a soapbox, we do need to be more unified as members to keep some checks and balances here.
