Yep, this one is good at that. This is another one that I've stopped wasting my time with, as she has no regard for appointments or any remorse about ghosting you when you arrive. I know she's not the only one who does that, but this one has a history of it. Known her for a while, and have seen her intentionally blow people off that she made promises to. Sorry that you had to be one of the many who's time she has wasted. She advertises a ton, but has a spotty batting average of following through.
