Unlikely to find anything in Washington. I know that town pretty well and there's no SW action as far as I know. Could be wrong. You might get lucky every now and then on BP or CL but I wouldn't count on it. Might want to try your luck in Vincennes, the town west to Washington. I was there on business a few weeks ago and I'm pretty sure I saw a descent looking WSW along Willow St. I did see a guy in a white suv watching her with some binoculars so it could have been a sting too.
