What time of the evening does one find best rate of success with this, and where at? Bar / restaurant? Table games? Electronic games? Slots?

Early mornings 6-7 ish or later in the evenings you can catch them walking to the gas station. Drive by them a couple times slowly til you make eye contact and they'll stop to talk to you. Offer to by their smokes and Mt Dew then take them back to their motel room. Might take a few trips back and forth to find one. First slow pass is to check them out then it's up to you to seal the deal. It slows down the colder it gets.

Ammoman is right. There's not much of a scene (really no scene), so I don't think you're going to get any good info from us. Only thing I would do if the opportunity to pick up a sexy SW came up would be to offer a ride and immediately ask if you can feel their tits, so you know they're not cops.
