I think some governmental body got to them. They are allowing people to select ANY other country and it is fine. The issues is when you select the United States you are re-directed.

Guys, I learned a trick and thought I might share. Google image search doesn't really quite reveal the history of photos or their accuracy. If you're using EB or similar, copy a photo, then go to Yandex. Click on the images, then the little camera icon. Select the photo you copied from your device memory and it will display everywhere that photo was. Best part is that it recognizes cropped or partial photos and will tell you where they're been used. It saved my butt today from a horror show of a date and it's also saved me from a multitude of scammers. You can use it to determine which names or multiple ads these so called providers are using.
