You have exactly said it to the point. I got serviced by her last week and I enjoyed it. She is very willing to please. She is a bit thick as mentioned but I don't mind. May not be an alternative to Apple but will repeat as this place is close to me and there is no time delay as she takes appointments. And the massage is a bonus.
