Eco is my go-to and I saw / requested Cici a number of times. Very much my type and we had really good chemistry. Eco's standard rate to my knowledge is $. 20 You come off as a cheapskate when you say you only have $. Not a good way to start a session imo. And a lot of providers will ask if you want a massage or get into it. That's not Bsing, that's good service. That being said, it depends on how you told her. I've had many times when I only had $ but if you are friendly about it they usually don't have a problem.
