I reached out and the communication was smooth. Agreed on a time. She asked me for an ETA. I arrived on time and she said she needed 10 minutes to "get herself together. " I agreed. When I walked up to the house I thought it was condemned! Cardboard and sheets covering the windows and it was a mess outside.
