Second one is a scam. First one claims to be Alexis, who is real if that's actually her ad. No one has ever reported Alexis asking for a deposit.

I reached out to LeeAnn when another provider didn't work out and the communication was good. She was staying in a low budget hotel in Canton but it wasn't too bad.
