This is known as the "Arizona / Florida bait and switch" technique. Its a disgusting technique that even judges frown upon especially since there are actual sick fucks out there that the task force doesn't need to be trying to create them. The grand jury acquitted him, but his mugshot is still there with all of those actual sick fucks if you google his name. Remember, the Ohio revised code states "whether the offender knows, or is reckless in that regard. ".

Due to all of these dirty cop tactics, its our duty to make sure that we are not "reckless in that regard" to end up like that guy. Its our duty in these times to shield ourselves from these illegal police tactics and verify that what we are doing is legal, which I always do in my communication. I agree with your comment about there's being enough sick fucks in the world preying on children that the cops don't need to be manufacturing more of them on trumped up charges.
