RICO laws will for sure end up with seizure of both properties and everything they got will be garnished! Possibly even their homes and personal assets! If it was gotten with ill gotten money through organized crime it will be taken! Pretty much, the state and feds ha e built the case, they may negotiate the surrender of everything or there will be charges and arrests! Sara could potentially be looking spending her dying days looking through bars wondering how she could have done it different. There is no good end for them!

Well, I don't know for sure, but I would think those properties were both rented. And I'm sure wherever they lived were rented properties as well. Usually people in those kinds of businesses don't actually buy hard assets like real estate because its too hard to move or conceal, and too easy to seize.

You would have to use something with 256 bit encryption to make it secure if it got grabbed, and few people are going to go thru the trouble to do that. So if they grabbed one, they would start going through the numbers lying to the guys they talked to until they got someone to collapse and tell all, through threats or lies.

Now me personally, they can lie to me and threaten me all they want, I know how to handle it, my work is not sensitive, and I don't have a wife to drag me through a knothole if she gets pissed. (Already had one and got dragged). So I don't give a rat's ass and would tell Yost to his face to stick it up his ass and go find a hooker to give him a good blow job.
