Clearly, much more is written here about Tiger than Sunny. Having had multiple recent visits to both, I'd say it comes down to two factors. First, intimacy and playfulness of the providers at Tiger is, hands down, far superior. While Tiger girls tend to be older than their Sunny counterparts, they are simply more fun. For example, every TS experience at Tiger has been extremely sensual, often including a preview of coming attractions.

The second reason is that Sunny is trending downward. On my most recent visit, the aged MMS, DeeDee, performed the TS. To my knowledge, the spa wasn't busy and this was a huge turnoff. Personally, I have refused to buy into the price increase and haven't had any issues. 60 for the house and 100 on the table for the girl, and the service hasn't changed at all and I haven't had anyone try to upsell me.

I do the same thing, 60 house, 100 tip, if they balk, I say "you and I both know its 100, please don't try to up charge me", she takes the 100, gives service as usual and we are both happy.
