Can anyone here give some details about the summit st theater / store? I was wondering if any women / hotwife play can be found there, or is it mostly bi guys and guys group jacking to movies? If you are a convicted offender you get to be on a list similar to Rapists, Molesters and other Degenerates! Good company to be in. Your neighbors will google your name and see you got a star on your house, the wives will loath you, the husbands will envy you and the kids won't be allowed outside when your home! Of course, if you still have a job! Dam Perverts! All th his excitement gets my dick hard!

That part of the legislation never passed, neither did the part of the legislation that states that your second time will be a felony-5. Only thing that did pass is the john school and the increase from a third to a first degree misdemeanor. Still enough incentive to stay out of OH IMHO.

Only in Ohio, not all states. Soliciting is now a first degree misdemeanor increased from a third for the buyer but remains a 3rd for the seller. The fine is now 1500 and the john now has to go to john school. I don't go to AMPs so I don't have to worry about that. But essentially what I predict happening is that when they run stings such as the liberty sting it will be increased penalties. I don't see them going after past patrons though in AMPs like they did with the Kraft case as discussed earlier. Would be far too labor intensive and cost too much for something that is near impossible to prove. But get caught in the act and you will be hit with the trumped up penalties. It will be as it is now but I predict more stings because the penalties are higher so more incentive for them to run the stings.

The legislation is actually pretty targeted. I wasn't supposed to spill the beans but, they've had their eyes on you for years. The rest of us have been given PussyPass I-D cards. We just show them to the arresting officer and he lets us go.

Sounds serious. Suffice to say for anyone not named Kraft, a solicitation bust would be catastrophic. Might end up costing everything. Given the seriousness, I'd welcome anyone with firsthand knowledge posting a link describing the pending changes to the law.

I wouldn't say it would cost you everything unless you have a significant other as its only a first degree misdemeanor but I do suspect definitely would be a kick in the teeth and a lot harder to get plea bargains. Me personally after it goes into effect in less than a week I'm retiring in OH. This is only OH, not all 50 states. Too many other places I go on business where the laws are relaxing to risk it in OH. Washentaw county, Michigan is not prosecuting, also Baltimore city is not prosecuting, for a couple examples. Worth the couple hour drive, IMHO.

Not just Ohio, but all states! Just a matter of time I think. Had some time, You Tube, looking over all the bust on AMPs shops, and here we are giving them all information details, ads, numbers, results, location! Hummmm, Brain " Surgeons "we are?
