Fyi: she has been posting on Detroit's CL. As to your question of if she is real? I would tend to say she is since she travels state lines. She looks and posts a lot like Savanahh from Monroe who does a lot of CL posting. Savanah does the Detroit Metro Airport area, Famington, MI, and Monroe (is her base).
