Where do I begin I have been trying well over a month to see her, talking on Y frequently. 1st try, she said she needed to go to the store and would get ahold of me when she got back in an hour. Nope, didn't talk to her until the next day. So I take another shot. Get there, call, no answer. Text and get the reply "my roommate came home" 3rd try, she says outcall will work better go to pik her up. Get there, call and text. Nothing. 4th try incall get there, ring buzzer. Nothing. Get in building, knock on door, nothing. Finally calls me back but "click" phone troubles. Try again voice mail leave. Get a mile down the road and get a text. Turn around, call her from gas station a couple blocks from her place. Talk to her for a couple minutes and 'click' wouldn't you know it. Phone troubles again I guess. I get home. She pops up on Y and says my place would work better. OK So I try and set a time, and tell her I need a couple minutes to pick up the place. I am still a lurker, so take this with a grain of salt but once again we have a first time poster saying good things about a known bad provider. I am looking for something I can trust to start my adventures, until this provider takes care of a senior here they will remain off my list.

The problem here, though, is that Steve's report didn't sound like good things in my opinion. In fact, his report seemed pretty negative towards his experience with this agency.

Major upselling. Once in the door the donation is asked for, OK. Then before anything else happens she is asking for tip. She asked for 2/3 extra of what the donation was. On the phone, Steve said, services were included at no extra. Guess what - No tip no service! Tried to call the agency back and he would not answer. I left a message for him to call me back and would you believe it, Steve wouldn't.
