Was reading through the Montgomery County Public Records and found that there was a water break that had to be repaired at the Harem. The prosecutor CLAIMED the the owner of the club was overheard planning on making additional renovations so they could reopen in Nov. The court clarified the permissions for the are\repair to EXCLUDE renovations. This was within the last month so it does look like they intend to reopen.
