Seems like just yesterday there were gems on 3rd pretty regularly. I've only found two in the last two years on 3rd, one of them because I got a little flirty in Dollar General.

I was driving down 3 with my UTR in the car Tuesday night and I saw a WSW wearing a dress and boots getting ready to cross the road.
