Had some time today so I called and asked for Angela and could I have an appt at a certain time. I was told yes. So I waited, took care of some stuff and arrived on time. Only one lady working. Lead me to a room and took my Hhr fee. I sat in room for 10-12 min listening to the only worker make calls as she was on speaker. 15 min in she says wait 5 min for Angelia. She left and I heard another customer come in which she took back to a room. I got dressed and just sat on edge of table. I'd already paid my fee and there was no one to get a refund if I choose to leave. Half hour went by and two other Asian ladies came in. One being Angelia. I tried to relay my agitation of wasting a half hour. Nothing from them at all. I did get a Hhr massage and that was all. Nothing else. No extra time, no real apology. Don't know about going back.
