To add.

1. Just contacting a girl on a site like STG is enough for them to get a loitering charge to stick. Granted I have not heard of anyone challenging this in front of a jury, however it is my understanding that it's considered common knowledge that site like STG are for sex.

2. They can lie.

Personal experience.

Contacted ad. Set a time and got location. Never discussed services just time and amount. Headed to the Incall. Received a call from work so a block away I bailed because of this. So I NEVER entered the Incall. About less than a half a mile away, I get pulled over by Dayton's finest. Ask me to step out car and proceeded to handcuff me and put me in back of squad. Would not tell me why. Unmarked car pulls up. Guy comes to car and informs me I am being charged with loitering and criminal tools. Spent the next 10 hours in county. Car impounded. Regular and burner phone seized.

So why did I get pulled over. Well couple of red flags.

1. Ad had no face pic. Person would not send a face pic when I asked.

2. Personal asked me to send a pic. I declined stating they wouldn't share either so I was not going to.

Because of these two I was not worried about bailing when work called.

3. Asked what kind of car I was driving so she could watch for me. Like an idiot I oblieged and gave the info.

4. Asked me to pic up a Lipton iced tea.

So moral of the story. You never know. If you find yourself in the presence of an officer, you're screwed no matter what you do.

So. If a girl asks for any of these things I immediately pass.

1. Stop for condoms. My immediate response is "why? Selling sex illegal. That was not what I was looking for and to have a nice day".

2. Pick me up 'xyz'. Sorry but I do not run errands. Something came up and maybe some other time.

3. Asking for a photo. Sorry but if that is a requirement then I will have to pass.

4. Asking what car I drive. Same response as number 3

5. Failing to give me exact location. If I do not have a room number before arriving I will not come. I will stop 5-10 mins away and wait for up to 15 minutes. If the info is not received I will bail.

6. Rules 1-5 are in effect even if it is a well reviewed provider. As in my situation the person I was contacting had 2, yes 2 reviews on this site. One was a senior. This was during the same time frame as our pedo friend from Miami college. I am assuming those profiles were part of that operation.

Now. I did try to fight it with an attorney that I paid. Attorneys advice was to plea to loitering to engage as he doubted we could get it dismissed. Luckily my spouse is open minded. And I have since sealed this record. But the bottom line is, you never know. Period.
