I can tell you from past experience that you can be charged with soliciting by just picking up a known SW. Then you have to go to Court and prove your innocence. It's very costly and time consuming. That's my 2 cents.

The new date made me think it was a new story, but all the details match the older story. Sorry for the mis-information, but advice still applies.

Pretty elementary stuff really, but appreantly the Lt Col didn't know or chose to waive his Fifth Amendment rights by talking to LE.
