If they were to have their phone checked on one of these encounters, Uncle has your info an pic. It is just too dangerous to do.

That being said, you have the right to ask, and may have no ill intentions at all. We also have the right to refuse. I have never seen a provider that requires a pic, and never will. The biggest reason you haven't had a call from me.
