You might want to brush up on your elementary math, that's one hell of a round up. I've been there and got providers who also does bbj as basic service. I understand we don't want to inflate the services but the fact is every provider doesn't do bbj as basic service.

Have only been going the past 5 months, but I've never had a negotiation halfway through, have always been given a menu. But I've also never had BBBJ as part of the house fee, it's always extra.

Yes I do. I'll have to confess my experience isn't recent however. This place was my first foray into the hobby. There were two women working there both middle aged. The one I saw regularly was shapely, dressed provocatively and didn't mind being handled during the massage. That's the good news, the bad? It was strictly DIY.
