I've been here three times now. Standard 40 for 30, 60 for 60. They always push for 60 minutes, but never too hard. It's in an industrial park but definitely less traffic than, say, Lavender.

Was passing through so figured I would check out healing gardens. Didn't catch her name but got a masseuse that I could guess is mid to late 30's. Body was fine. Not skinny, not fat either. Also shared bad experience here. They provided quite ok service for the first few times, then began to complain about the poor tips and demand more from time to time. Even gave my appointed time-slot to others without notice. Not sure they can get more tips from there.
