I hit the loop Tuesday night around 11 and found Whitney in the bottoms off of Sullivant. I had to loop back for her a couple of times because she kept changing direction.

West is Sullivant and Broad streets. South is Parsons Ave. East is Main and Livingston. North is Cleveland st and Hudson St. They are all just a couple miles apart.
