In the past 20 years the street scene has changed a lot. After steadily declining in quantity and quality, it has made a comeback and the past ten years have been the best ever. The SW quality and quantity is great. Why you guys overpay for the 40 year old hags, I don't get it. I go for a "30 or less" rule. Both in age and in price.

I guess I've got to ask. Since Sullivant seems like a pretty much slam dunk to find company, would it be worth it for someone with limited time to explore some of these other streets, or are they close enough that it's not an either / or thing?

Quantity is less, but quality is sometimes better. Never a slam dunk.
