Sully, Hudson, East Main (between James and Walmart), Parsons (south of Livingston) and Reeb, and sometimes Livingston. Avoiding cops is all about being aware of your surroundings. I would rather lose a scoop than get popped so I circle a few times and make sure they are on the move and not just holding down a corner that can easily be watched. If you make eye contact and give her a nod she will usually duck down a side street to make the scoop safer. If a cop gets behind you just keep on driving and stop for gas, if you starting making turns down side streets you're even more obvious than you already are. They aren't dumb, and likely will run your plates if they're suspicious and see you're (probably) from a different part of the city, but that's not a crime, so just stay cool and once you're clear, probably a good idea to leave the area for a while since you're on their radar. If you look through a few pages of posts someone posted a more detailed "How to" a few weeks ago.
