I use an app called "Photo Vault" on my iPhone to store pics and info. It has two passwords, one that is like a backdoor that shows a separate library of photos. I keep pics of my driver's license and insurance cards and such as an excuse to have the app. The second password unlocks a hidden library you can keep things you REALLY want private, and no one will be the wiser. I keep all my pics from SA girls and copies of contact info I wanted to keep here. So if you're significant other wants to see what you're storing just give them the first password.
