So Tessa's sentence was finalized yesterday. Essentially, they gave her 30 months on count 5 and 12 months on count 6, consecutive, totaling 42 months, with 448 days credit. So, using a 30 day month on average for convenience, that's 1260 days. Minus credit for time served of 448, leaves 812 days which is essentially 27 months, or 2 years and 3 months, which means she should be out around Christmas or New years 2025. Barring judicial release, and assuming she doesn't screw up her good time, which when I was inside was I think 1 day a month time off for good behavior.

The judge made findings in violation of Apprendi vs. United States, but the state of Ohio ignores that and the Ohio Supreme Court also ignores it, and it takes so long to get a case to federal court that no one has been able to get it up to the USA Supreme Court yet.

Which is a whole different subject.

Anyway, At least she didn't get a long stretch. And if she takes care of herself she'll still be a find looking babe when she gets out.

Sentencing actually is the 25th at noon, according to the Cuy County clerk website. In fact, the judge already set forth what her sentence is assuming she cooperates with the prosecutor against the three guys she was with, who actually did the murder. And those guys are some pieces of shit, let me tell you. Unfortunately, she had an addiction problem and those guys were providing her with drugs. Of course they were taking the proceeds of her business for that as well.

Anyway, there is a guy who she knows and who tells me he's going to make an honest woman out of her, we'll see how that goes.
