OK pay attention!

I was out Tuesday night, I saw lots of cops, barely any SWs(2-5 total). I even saw some unmarked cars doing a bust. One of them was a red-maroon Ford Taurus, the other was a medium grey small 4-door model(didn't want to hang by too much). I saw the bust around w48th on Lorain. I called it a night at that point for a little bit. I went out about an hour later and saw the Tauras parked in a little alley around w68th, with the grey car parked up Lorain by W51st. I didn't see any Sws in between them, but did see someone being obvious as a dealer. Just want to caution you all.
On Detroit I saw some BSWs, but still not much else, except more cop action.
Clark ave was a complete and total bust, I rarely see much action there.
So From this I decided to take a break for the rest of the night.

Oh good God. You all in Cleveland should be writing letters to the editors. The girls are there because of the CRACK! The Johns go where the girls are. This is all a side product of the Drug problem. The real issues ya know. As usual the Police and the Media do not want to face the real issues. If the CRACK moved out to Parma, or Avon Lake , then the Girls would move as well...and so would the Johns.

Drugs ARE at the root of all this , but the local citizens complain to LE about the SWs because they're much more visible than the Dealers ; and because the citizen is more likely to find a used condom lying around than a needle or a pipe ; and be·cause the citizen gets fed up at his wife or daughter being continually accosted by Mongers while walking to school or waiting for a bus = these crack·downs are *always* begun at the instigation of complaining citizens or a Civic Group made up of the affected neighborhood's residents

The FBI's Community Policing Manual on Street Prostitution says that cracking down on SWs just pushes them in·to another and probably near·by area

That manual also recommends a very publicized campaign against the JOHNS , because they typically have a lot more to lose than some SW with a lengthy rap sheet

For a Long Term Solution , it recommends economic re·development and cleaning up the neighborhood [ by which it means getting rid of things like Strip Clubs in the area ] ; it cites Times Square in Manhattan as an example of a successful application of this Plan of Attack

Of course , you don't need to RTF·Manhattan·F to know that there are still hookers on that island ......

I was just watching 19 Action News, WOIO Cleveland at 11:00 PM Friday, and they had a special report about a police sting on the east side. They videotaped the Johns because they said the Johns are what keeps the girls around and in business. They interviewed a few of the guys. One was appologizing to his wife or girlfriend as he was being put into the back of a paddy wagon. I hope none were any of the mongerers from our group. Maybe WOIO will have it on their website Saturday sometime.

I did find a video taped story from WOIO of a Cleveland lady who is a mom by day, and an exotic dancer (stripper) by night. Here is a link to that video.

Latina found on Clark late Saturday night who used those names - almost interchangably. Nice "almost GFE" that led to a BBBJTC - very sensual overall while we rode around and she gratefully warmed up after escaping the single digit temperatures. Donated .40 overall as she was relaxed and took her time and delivered all as promised - rare nowadays.
