Started on Clark around 10:30 PM spotted a slim one with long brown hair at the underpass near 65th. Had her back to me so I could not get a good look. Heavy traffic by the time I turned around to get a better look, she was gone.

The other one I spotted was on Lorain by the alley. With all the lights and cameras in that spot I can't imagine anyone stopping. Any comments?

Cameras are every where. On houses, in cars if you think your not on camera you need to realize this is the way of life. . Just remember picking up a girl isn't illegal if you ask for clothing or interior design tips.
