Getting a go pro type device is the best, also setting up an inexpensive tape recorder or digital recorder for voice is a good plan too. I have one that usually clips on a belt, but has a long thin cord for placing the small mic near the window but somewhat concealed. Runs on batteries but I'm sure it could be rigged with a converter for 12 v dc. The thing is, you have to fight the ticket. You have to hire a good lawyer and fight the cops instead of copping a plea to a bullshit ticket. Now that does cost some money, but if you can swing the loot you have to fight. Then when you win you have to file complaints or even a lawsuit over being harassed, false accusations, etc. Takes balls to do it, but that's the only way you can send a message to the gestapo that they will not get away with writing bullshit tickets with no evidence. Like I said, takes balls and so on, but its the only way.

And, never answer any questions.

Also, the little tape recorder is a good backup if they mess up your phone or dash camera.

I've considered getting one also. Most of them only record a limited amount of time and than just record over it. I don't think that they record sound, so that wouldn't be an issue.

The Lightdow LS600 is an excellent choice! Similar to a GoPro only cheaper. It does record sound also.

It depends on the SD card size you put in it. But you also got to have the sound to dispute what a cop says. Still the cell phone is needed to record sound unless you have big money enough to buy the great system needed for that.

Yeah I've considered getting a dash cam mainly because of all the crazy drivers out there. Maybe it would help in a ticket situation but I can also think of situations where it could be used against you so for now I will just look at it as something to consider in the future.

Nothing on Clark. Drove saw about 4-5 total 2 I really liked but missed them on the flip. Saw Tiffany and another girl passed on both. Finally found Megan on the side street by the library. No offense intended but while it is helpful all of the forum legalese is no guarantee that you will skate free. I was recently stopped off Lorain and accused of mongering. I denied everything and was polite to the cops. They still wrote me a ticket with 2 BS charges including impeding the flow of traffic when there was no traffic to impede. The only 2 cars out there were mine and the undercover car that stopped me and they made a you-turn to come around and get me so I wasn't impeding them either.

The tickets cost me close to $300.00 when it was over and that doesn't include me taking the time to pay them and that also doesn't include my insurance rates will now go up. I wasn't guilty but it would have cost me more time and money to fight it with no guarantee of winning. I could have had some prime high class pussy with that money but Cleveland got the money instead. The city wants revenue and the bottom line is if they want to get you for something they will and it will be your word against theirs if you end up in court.

Anyone that gets stopped is at the mercy of the cop making the stop, some of them are probably ok and others are pricks, just like pussy YMMV.

There was a chubby one with multi color hair Passed on her and the one that was shaved on one side of her head and it grew back. She went into a drug house on Colgate.

Yeah don't tell a lie, and I'll do you one better, as long as I don't have an SW in the car I'll hand over license and insurance and say nothing. I don't have to study any laws or even know how to read if I keep my mouth shut. Last I checked it is completely legal to drive up and down Lorain ave in a licensed, registered and insured car which is what I have. That being said, having an SW in the vehicle opens a whole new can of worms. Now comes the crap shoot and, sorry, I don't have a snappy little answer for that. But, what the fuck, life aint life if you don't shake the dice every now and again.

A few years ago I did the Warren Ho Stroll and got pulled over by a state trooper. A county sheriff & Warren city cop backed him up. They asked me to step out of the vehicle, I handed over my license. I was informed that I was in a area known for prostitution. The trooper wanted to know if I had drugs, told him no. Asked if he would find anything in my vehicle I shouldn't have, I said no. The deputy, City cop and trooper looked at each other and quickly agreed to cut me loose. It was obvious they weren't going to find drugs on me. The whole time the trooper was holding my license he didn't even look at it, just handed it back and told me to go home, which I did. Since then I never went back to the Warren stroll. I was lucky that they were just looking for drugs.

With getting caught with a subject in the car is she WILL dump all her drugs and paraphernalia in your car if you ain't watching her. But even if she doesn't your still catching a charge for the drugs. And a human trafficking charge on top of that. My old roommate did 6 months on that charge after plea bargining.

This morning. I drove up and down about 4 times between 6 and 7:30, nobody out and about. I think if I had seen someone I probably would have stopped as I had the time and needed to unload.
