One of our esteemed members sent me a PM talking about how the gestapo lies. He's right. And, not only is he right, but they are allowed by the courts to lie and in many cases trying to bring action against them for doing so is very difficult with state immunity and so on. You just have to watch your 6 and stay very aware of where you are and what you're doing. Its easier for guys like me, because I don't care if my face is plastered across the front page, but for guys whose lives and livelyhoods could be affected by that sort of exposure things can get kind of tricky. You have to know how to handle yourself in these situations and even more importantly how to counter them before they happen.

What would be really great is if one of us should be happen to be a lawyer who can start a string dealing with the legal crap.

Asmoth's post below is a perfect example of the kind of thing I was talking about. Personally, I would never go to an incall unless the girl was well reviewed, and even then I would hesitate because, as we have seen in the past things change, they get bf's who want to rob guys, they get busted and the cops offer them a deal if they let the cops wire up their location. Thanks to the guys who sent me PM thanking me for my last couple posts.

The thing we have to remember is that what 2 adults do in private, out of public view, like in a room or a van or a shielded car, are legal. I mean sex, not drugs. So to stay legally safe what you have to do is know how to handle the pickup, what to watch out for, know and follow the rules, etc. I have never heard of anyone getting busted for getting laid in a room or a vehicle, but where things go south is in the pick up when you are seen or taped making an offer by either bait or a decoy. Or if you happen to offer in clear view of a pig. Hope none of us ever do that. Remember that the gestapo might put a decoy out but she will not get in the car with you while she is trying to get you to say something incriminating. If its a room sting you got to watch for pigs in the parking lot, connecting doors in the room, someone hiding in the bathroom, shit like that. Above all, read the guide and check out what is going on.

I literally had the connecting room thing happen once for a hotel visit.

Chick seemed way too hot for the price so I did the room check right ad I walked in and opened the connecting door to see a bunch of monitors and cops in the next room.
