But given that they have released hundreds of people from the county jail to reduce the inmate population, I'd guess the police will be very reluctant to take people to jail for minor, non-violent matters for the next few months. They may be threatening people, but probably empty threats. And that "bio terrorism" thing sounds like it's probably a rumor the SWs are telling each other in their paranoia. That said, they might ticket you. And, of course, you may be risking your own health by partaking at this time.

That shit is the epitome of stuff that cops say to people who they think are dumb enough to take them at their word. No way in hell a the turns a misdemeanor soliciting charge into that.

I don't think there is a problem being in your car as, the gov said to get out, go for a walk, go the park, just keep your distance. So alone in my car isn't hurting the public.

Went through lorain. Clark loop about an hour ago! Saw 6 or 7 sw's on lorain 4-5 on Clark! They don't seem to be scared if your not LOL!

Did the loop thurs for several hours from 11 p till about 1. Only saw 2 on clark that didn't appeal to me. About midnight there were 6 cpd units on lorain at 93rd. Lots of police questioning people. That's all.

Nothing out yesterday except 1. 55 for gasoline on Clark that was great. I had a couple extra bucks and could have tipped a little more than usual. Oh well. I filled my tank but not able to fill anyone's mouth. Thanks COVID-19.

Yowza, the COVID-19 scare must be bad. Ran some errands today and didn't see any of the usual suspects out and about, except for Bianca. Holy shit has she gone downhill in the last two weeks. Looked and smelled terrible. I wouldn't touch her with a cattle prod.

Went down the street around 4 am, all I saw was what I would imagine was a girl higher than a kite dancing her way down the street in w75th area.

It has been slim pickin out there lately. Today I was thinking it was going to be the same. Rain always thins the herd. But to my surprise Jamie was out in the weather. Just had a car date. 3 damage.

Once again deader than a door nail. 3 trips 6-9, also 1 run down Clark. It would be nice to see some of the girls out, but I guess, have to wait for spring. I'm not really interested in partaking in their deals, it's just fun to see them out and about.
