Yes it was slow earlier too and low quality. I ran the route a couple times yesterday mid afternoon. I only saw 4 total, none of them were worth picking from my perspective. For the most part I am still on the fringe of the game because of being busy with life but I still keep my eyes open looking for a gem. During the forum downtime I've hit a few strip clubs and driven the stroll. Quality seems to be down everywhere which is puzzling considering that the venues for the chicks to advertise are a fraction of what they were pre FOSTA.
