How do you find out who will be in a given city during a certain time? Is there a website catering to touring providers, or do you have to track them one by one? The latter would be quite time consuming.

Many of them do have their own websites but, as you note, finding them can be a challenge.

TER used to be a good source of information before they blocked USA users. These days, I get most of my info from P411. It has a membership fee, but you can see who is visiting, and most girls will then link to their own websites.

Twitter can also be a good resource. Once you've found one provider, they often retweet other providers, and so you just follow the chain until you find someone you like.

Sure looks like a scam to me. Bizarre English throughout ("we hold one of the biggest warehouses of escorts"). No real menu, just vague stuff such as "In our session, you get unlimited options of doing romance with our mystic babes."

And unless I'm reading things wrong, the URL seems to have just been registered this past October and expires this coming October. Kind of strange for a place that claims to be "rated as one of the finest and genuine escorts and massage service providers in Cleveland."

But the most suspicious thing in my book is that the contact form doesn't ask for references. I've used several agencies and every one of them requires screening.
