I don't pay much attention to the phone numbers, smart girls I have met all use an app and pick any number they want. I do the same thing. Just because they have an out of state #, does not necessarily point to scam. Fake photos and deposits come to mind for scams, among other things.

Tried to get with Alexa over the long weekend which was a waste of time. She answered the initial text almost immediately with rates and approximate location and said to text again when in the area for the address only to never answer. Probably will not bother to try again.
