I suspected the ad was fake even before I read about the councilman who I learned about earlier today from a friend.

Sure looks like the type of fake ad theyve been using, only with explicit photos this time. According to other reviews from a guy on the Ak boards posting explicit photos is now OK for them to do and fair game, long as they arent posting a pic of them sucking a cock or fucking.

The key element with these modern stings ever since the law passed is that they can track the guy through their cell phone, and the arrests are performed immediately now, either with the cops dragging the guy out of the car or the room is full of cops upon entering the hotel room, with no decoy or offer made such as in past operations. I have yet to figure out how exactly they do this tracking thing although I am trying. The first example of this was the 2nd akron sting, they actually arrested a guy 23 miles from the sting house if you look at the arrest location it was a random address in the middle of the road. My speculation is that he got close, left, and then they went and found him. You would have to literally have your finger on the burn button for an app or just be prepared to discard your phone altogether. Ironically its my belief that their illegal arrests actually help the guy out when it comes to court, if they waited for an offer the guy would be convicted, but because they are now arresting illegally before the guy even does anything wrong over half the guys in that sting for example got dismissed, and the rest reduced. at the end of the day there is nothing illegal about meeting a woman online.

I'm not sure if this one is legit or LEO. She asked me what I wanted specifically and how long which raised some red flags. I ended up telling her something came up and I wasn't going to be able to see her that day. I'm don't know if this is related about Elyria councilman getting arrested since they don't give any details or just a coincidence.

Ya it gets old after awhile and there is some thrill in finding a diamond or breaking a new one in.

The thing is Cleve SKG extended suspending their registration until December. my regular got locked out of her account last month and couldnt make a new one and gave me that info. The only "new" ads are old spam ads and old task force ads that they took down from different areas that can still be viewed on sumosear and now are reposting them. I am shocked they got a senior member and I hope that senior gets on here and explains the details of the situation even if from a throwaway account. But if I were to bet it was probably not a regular provider that all of us see it was a bogus ad and they could have avoided this by searching for info on the number on revealname or doing more research.

Agreed Cleve. The "probable cause" is the website now, and the new statute under "implicit or explicit agreement" means that almost any wording can be used against you for the arrest to be performed unless you are extremely explicit that you're only looking to hang out. Even still they will probably arrest you. Unless you cave and talk to the cops you will be reduced or dismissed. But you do not want to be part of these new modern stings. I can only imagine the sheer shock factor of being pulled over and arrested based on a text message I'm sure it would be very jarring which is probably why they are doing it.
