I just visited the place near the downtown Loveland area (NOT the one at the other end of Loveland-Madeira Rd in Remmington). The lady was a little older but nice looking and very friendly. I never did get her name even though I asked twice. I don't know if she didn't understand me or if she just didn't want to tell me.
