I would venture to say that 90% or more of us are over the age of 28.

Then there are these two definitions that cloud the age issue even more: " (I) 'Juvenile' means an unmarried person under the age of eighteen." and " (M) 'Minor' means a person under the age of eighteen."

So personally, I think I will make sure that all of the ladies I see are over 18 just to be safe.

That applies to ages 13 to 16 as per 4A. It makes it a "worse" felony when they are between 13 and 16 and the guy is more than 10 years older.

I am not a lawyer but this seems pretty clear to me.

Fellas, I'm pretty sure the age of consent might be 16, but if you solicit sex with a minor (anyone under 18) you will be in deep sh*t. Probably contributing to the deliquency of a minor. Especially if you take one across state lines. Just a word to the wise. There are probably even more federal laws against this also.

From what I have been told by my attorney. 16 is the age of consent if the male is 18 or younger. If they are over 18 you can still be charged with statutory rape. This is to prevent a boy getting charged with a crime if he and his girlfriend have consensual sex when both are under 18, but over 16.

But that is just what I was told. Who really knows? In any case for the purposes of this board and the activities that this board describes and supports. 18 is still the dividing line.

Haven't had any new info to report in a while, but met a WSW on the McMic stroll Sun evening named Tori. She appears to be on the short side and sports a short sort of butch looking hair style. On the initial pass I wasn't certain as to her reason for being on the street and the T-shirt with the large print anti drug slogan didn't help her cause. On my return pass I found her heading up the hilly side street so pulled over and she jumped in. Cute facial features and she looked / smelled clean.

I declined her offer of going to her nearby in-call and instead stuck with the intended car date. We ended up at one of my ususal spots for this area and settled in for the contracted for BBBJ. There was concern initially that perhaps she wasn't a good choice, but found that she was agreeable to following direction. Some adjustments to her technique were made which were found to my liking and in fact I finished much quicker than I would have liked.

On the drop I was teasing her about how her choice of shirts had orignially thrown me off. She looked at it and agreed that maybe she was going to change it before coming back out. She had with her a copy of Locked Up so we were discussing guests of the county. She says J-me is still visiting and I recall PPE#1 stating that she would probably be away for quite some time. Jessica is MIA for a long while. She has been phoneless for months, because she is on "H" and once High she can not keep up with her phone. Many SW's loose their cells this way. This is why you get a number, and a month later that same number is answered by someone else, and then it is no longer in service.

She did have a contact person I was told. But from what I know it is very slow getting info to her. He doesn't see her everyday, or when you need to get a message to her. My friend said he gave up on her.

It's too bad because she really is one of the better WSW, with a Good Attitude & Skillz Level. Great Legz too, and a very decent body. But her "H" habit has given her those terrible bumps all over her body, even in her scalp. And they look gross & angry at times. Not the kind of thing, you want to see on someone you are about to have FUN with. She knows this and apologizes for the way her body looks. She has been on Horse for a while now, and with the Afganny H's Purity Level, it is reeking havoc on it's users and hooking them hard & heavy. Pure you don't have to shoot it anymore. Many H users can just snort the stuff. That makes it even worse to use, cause you use more and use it faster, getting higher faster, but coming down and needing more faster.

Jessica and Chasity are in the same boat heading in the same direction, with similar personalities and needs. Both are Skilled, Nice looking, Great Attitudes, and Heavily Hooked on Heroin. And both have those horrible bumps all over them. And both are a bargain from their beginning, and could have been Pro's if they never hit the Horse Trail. Talk about a real shame. And it took only a few years for their Habits to get out of hand, and turn their Body's against them.

They are not the only SW's out there to end up this way, but they are two of the Most Popular.

And both these SW's started out very young, but they were over or at #18 before they hit the trick stroll. I would imagine they probably got started from close friends using them for there purposes, giving them drugs, and once they liked it well enough to get hooked, they were pushed into a choice, and that choice brings them into their states today. Bad choices made by good people.

So I again agree, and say I am not interested in young girls under #17-18y / o. I am cautious of any I'd's, but I go on SW's intel in the area. Believe me they know those details, and chance are it will be true. Not about other rumors, I think that goes into Hater Rumors & Gossip. So be careful of that.

But if you need to find someone under #18, then know you are treading on thin ground. So get your Intel, before you take her to your Notel, and then she Tells, and then you end up in Jail Hell.

It really depends on which state / commonwealth you are in. IN, OH, WV, TN or KY. All have statutes but all are different. Even worse, taking one not of age across state boundaries brings with it another level of trouble. And. As for checking I'd, there's a lot of falsified IDs (particularly with women) so why take the risk?

Unless of course you're in Southern KY or Southeastern OH. There the age of consent may be lower by convention. That's meant to be funny. I like women to look like women so I really don't understand the attraction. Additionally, I'm not into training anyone nor am I into the drama. I like the experience that seems to come in the mid-to-late 20's. Once they hit early 30's even the drama tends to subside. Even better.

You can have all kinds of problems here and there have been quite a few truck drivers over the years that will make a lady get out, cross the line on foot, and then let them get back in.

A few years back an agency down in SC got popped and LE attempted to bring federal charges since the driver had brought the girls over to GA for their incall / appts.

This is really old intel, which probably isn't worth much.

I'd try over in Cape Coral. Take College Pkwy, go over the bridge, travel west on Cape Coral Pkwy not even a 1/2 mi until you hit Coronado Blvd, then hang a left. Some of those side streets in that SE corner of those two streets used to be target rich. But again who knows at this point. I was also surprised, as I checked for a really good website that used to cover SWFL and have some great intel about many sweet Chica's. It is now gondy; very surprised by that. Bottom line is, the action is still there, you just have to locate it. Don't give up until you do.
