I have said this before. When you go visit these ladies remember you are the one with the money. They need you more than you need them. Keep the control and you make the rules.

First thing I would do is I would wait a week before I would reschedule after she told me she had food poisoning. She might have had the flu and is contagious.

I wait no more than 15 minutes and sometimes not that long. I will only pick up something if I have seen the lady and I want to help her. Never do it the first visit.
