Damn you seem aweful proud of your appendage dude. You and I are good friends and are currently in the same situation but damn man nobody cares about the size of your weenie LOL! Except maybe you and the vile scum spreading things about us behind our backs. Maybe he is in love with your weenie and is jealous of our Bengals Chest Bumping like friendship (Thank you very much for that analogy Easton) but this scum isn't worth the time we are spending on him. The list has been narrowed down and he will surface with time and when he does I will out him like the closet queen he is. So, as you see, the law is open to a lot of interpretation and judgement on the behalf of the arresting officer, as the officer is responsible for determining the *purpose* of activities which would otherwise be legal.

Whenever you see these types of BS charges, it is an attempt to humiliate the person charged. LE can pretty much charge you with a lot of vague charges that will most likely be thrown out, but not before your name has been attached and then most will assume that it is true. It is a frustration ploy and only used to intimidate. If you want an exacting definition contact an attorney or two or three and they will each put a slightly different spin on it. It is in all of our best interests to fight this kind of crap. This type of power is corrupt and nefarious, and we all need to insure that it does not continue. Of course as always, this is just my opinion.
