Today I contacted her about setting something up. After reminding her what happened I ask her about a discount, She said no and that she thought asking a year later did not apply and said it would be the regular rate so guys what do you think do you think she was right? I do not think so I like most of you gentlemen have to move our schedules around Plan our time, get ready, drive to the location and I expect a provider to be ready, And if they make a comment like I will make it up to you with a discount on your next visit that I do not think that a year is past the statute of limitations. Just my take.
It wouldn't have mattered if you called her the next day. The "I'll make it up to you next time" promise is a myth. Of course, the "I'll pay you extra next time" promise that the girls always hear is no less mythological. This business ain't exactly bound by Better Business standards and guidelines.

Though I agree, more than a month is too long for trying to get a 'make good'.
Thanks guys, no big deal just thought I would see other view points. I wasn't mad just told her Ok and thanks. Be safe out there.

If she didn't put a time limit on it when she offered it to you, then there is no time limit. She should honor it.

That was six month after the initial consultation, she said that she didn't remember telling me that and that there would be no discount. Told her thanks, and found someone else. You at least werent out cash and although I do agree we have to plan our time, get ready and drive to a location, a year is just too long a time for someone to honor their discount.

Do you think this is some legit regulated business with standards of retail? With that being said yeah, I think trying to hold a provider to a statement offering a discount a year later is ridiculous. I think a month after the fact would be ridiculous. In fact I wouldn't have expected it all. Yes if the next tried appointment was soon afterwards I would have mentioned it but if it was shot down I would have let it go. As someone else mentioned, you weren't out anything except a little bit of time. Now maybe if you had gotten a coupon well.

A year is definitely is past (the use by date). As is a recommendation for a reference. My opinion is you thought enough of her to make an appointment. Why didn't you follow up the following week. I think a month is a standard to a discount. You weren't out anything with the original date. Just time. Not cash. You expected her to give something up and actually things happen and it was out of her control.

Let Her Rest in Peace
EB (and their sister sites) and t Erotic Monkey both pull up old ads and repost them. I am fairly confident that is the case.

Days of Desert-Ness
Man, I just got to say how crazy dead it is here:
I just spent yesterday and today calling and txtn girls from EB, USAG, other places, even cruising the block (s), and NOTHING.
Even reviewed girls. A few responded, but every single one flaked and / or went crickets when it came time to nail something down. And I wasn't pushy or anything. Jeez.
+1 to EE though. All the people on here who say they're quick to respond and easy to deal with are spot on. The girl I wanted to see wasn't available, but I was still impressed with they're response and professionalism.

Yes. I have gotten these. This is just junk spam that gets sent out to anyone with a man's name as a prefix. If your e-mail address begins with "Ken" it will identify you as a male and make you a target recipient. It's really screwed up. I even get crap like this on my work e-mail because my address begins with my first name.
